PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE CONSENT
By submitting this registration, I hereby grant permission to Bridging the Gap Youth Program (BTG), its representatives, partners, and affiliates to capture and use photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and other media of myself and any minor(s) or individuals listed on this registration.
I understand that these images and recordings may be used for promotional, marketing, educational, and informational purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, advertising materials, publications, and presentations.
I acknowledge and agree that:
• This consent applies to all individuals included in this registration, including minors for whom I am the parent or legal guardian.
• No compensation will be provided for the use of such media.
• BTG has full rights to use, reproduce, edit, and distribute these materials without restriction or prior approval.
• All media will remain the property of BTG.
