The violence in our communities is on the rise .We are having violent acts happening in the schools and communities everyday . Our goal is to be the change we want to see and support the youth. Giving love can change things helping youth shine and live their dreams is the mission. Bridging The Gap Youth Program is organizing the community and bringing us together .
