BRIDGING THE GAP YOUTH PROGRAM (BTG)
VENDOR AGREEMENT
This Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Bridging the Gap Youth Program (“BTG”) and the undersigned vendor (“Vendor”) upon submission of registration and/or payment.
1. EVENT PARTICIPATION
Vendor agrees to participate in a BTG-hosted event and provide goods and/or services as described in their registration.
Vendor categories may include, but are not limited to:
Vendor agrees to operate only within the scope of the business type and offerings disclosed during registration.
2. VENDOR FEE & PAYMENT
Vendor space is secured only upon full payment.
All vendor fees are non-refundable, unless the event is canceled by BTG.
Vendor fees may not be transferred to another event without written approval.
3. SETUP & BREAKDOWN
Vendors must arrive during the designated setup time provided by BTG.
Vendors must be fully set up prior to the event start time.
Early breakdown is not permitted unless approved by BTG.
Vendors are responsible for their own setup, including tables, chairs, tents, and displays unless otherwise stated.
4. SPACE & OPERATIONS
Vendor spaces will be assigned at BTG’s discretion.
Vendors must remain within their designated area.
Vendors may not share or sublease their space without prior approval.
Vendors must maintain a clean, safe, and professional space at all times.
5. FOOD VENDORS
Food vendors must:
Comply with all local health department regulations
Possess all required permits, licenses, and certifications
Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines
BTG is not responsible for any violations or penalties related to food service operations.
6. SALES & TRANSACTIONS
Vendors are responsible for all sales, transactions, and applicable taxes.
BTG does not process vendor sales unless otherwise agreed.
Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws.
7. ELECTRICITY & SPECIAL REQUESTS
Electricity is limited and must be requested in advance.
Approval is not guaranteed.
Vendors must bring appropriate extension cords and equipment if approved.
8. LIABILITY & INSURANCE
Vendor agrees to assume all responsibility for:
Vendor releases and holds harmless Bridging the Gap Youth Program (BTG), its staff, volunteers, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the event.
BTG is not responsible for theft, damage, loss, or injury.
9. CONDUCT & COMPLIANCE
Vendors must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner.
No illegal, offensive, or inappropriate products or behavior will be permitted.
BTG reserves the right to remove any vendor who violates event rules without refund.
10. MARKETING & PROMOTION
Vendor grants BTG permission to:
Use business name, logo, and images for promotional purposes
Include vendor in event marketing materials
11. WEATHER & FORCE MAJEURE
BTG is not responsible for weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. No refunds will be issued due to such conditions unless the event is canceled by BTG.
12. AGREEMENT & ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By submitting registration and/or payment, Vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
Vendor further certifies that all information provided is accurate and that they have the authority to operate their business at the event.
