We have been taking our dog to A Gentle Vet for several years now. We have had a great experience so far. I have at time been nervous to bring him in because of not knowing exactly how he will react to being there. But it has gone fine. They are very patient with him and treat him well. I feel like e doctors there are in fact gentle! Our dog had to be sedated to get some fox tails (those poky weeds!) out of his ears that were down deep. Poor thing. I felt like they handled him well. They threw in a nail trimming while he was sedated (good idea) as a courtesy. Things like that are very helpful and go a long way, I feel, for the customer service experience. It leaves me with a good impression. Thanks A Gentle Vet!
